Originally from Florida, Dr. Archer developed a passion for animal care early in life and began her career working as a zookeeper before pursuing veterinary medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University. After graduation, she completed a rotating internship, where she discovered her passion for emergency medicine and critical patient care.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Archer enjoys exploring local breweries, attending live music events, and hiking with her dogs. She also enjoys adopting senior hounds to give them loving homes during their golden years. She shares her home with her three dogs, Tucker, Buster, and Bruce and her cat, Juniper.
