Nicole Bailey, DVM

Dr. Nicole Bailey is originally from Huntsville, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of North Alabama before discovering her passion for veterinary medicine while working at Alford Avenue Veterinary Hospital in Birmingham. She completed her veterinary prerequisites at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2021.

Dr. Bailey has a strong interest in wildlife and exotic medicine, gaining experience in field medicine in South Africa and completing externships at the Denver Zoo. She also completed a rotating internship at VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital in Denver, followed by a neurology specialty internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Sperry, and has a love for Halloween, true crime, skiing, and cooking chicken marsala.
