Pet Health Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing a pet health insurance policy when you first welcome a new pet into your family. A robust policy can make a world of difference in financially covering your pet’s care if they experience an emergency or complex condition. If you have an insurance policy for your pet, we are more than happy to provide all the documentation necessary for reimbursement.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because our team sets aside dedicated time for each consultation, we require a deposit when scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
